Future Search

The future café has the purpose to co-create a future for an organiation and to develop plans for how to take action. The process of future search is to, in different groups, explore history, present and to design a desirable future. It is an open process where all participants is in the same room and all documentation is put up on the walls. This process is suitable when an accommodated vision is sought for and when a plan for how to proceed is wanted. It is also suitable when all other attempts has not worked or when a new leader takes over.
